The core vaccinations here are C5 & Rabies

As Bordetella bronchiseptica vacc is a component of C5 - I would assume that Canine Cough does occur here , but when talking to a local vet, I was told they do not see it often.

We used C5 in Southern Australia ,  & did see a few cases of Canine cough in unvaccinated dogs. We also routinely vaccinate against Distemper - which has not been seen in Australia for over 30 years.

Old habits die hard!
