So it finally looks like I will get my first vaccine shot to Thursday (Pfizer) and expect second shot I guess 4 weeks after.

 

Question: If double vaccinated can I fly from CM to BKK and back without quarantine??

I would be interested to know the same, but my hunch is no.

As to your answer, whatever the airline authorities are saying…hoping     for one agreed upon top down policy and not individual airlines making policy

Just a point that may be worthwhile mentioning.

Vaccination does not prevent you from contracting the virus, it's not a magic shield.!

You can still become infected and thus infectious.

What the vaccine does do is prepare your immune system to recognise and fight off the virus sooner, thus reducing the symptoms to that of a common cold.

This fact will obviously influence authorities (and airlines) in their decision making process.
