Maybe the South Koreans saw them coming...and just like Del Boy they offloaded a bunch of water damaged water cannons...and included a job lot of non water-resistant deep sea divers watches.

After filling the fuel tanks with sand, always encourage return business in the form of service / repairs, not unlike a builder leaving a termites nest on completion of each house?

I would first check to see where these vehicles were fueled up at.  Maybe if there was sand

but into the fuel tanks, it is where this happened at.  If the fuel caps were not

locked or lockable, then South Korea should be doing the repairs to these vehicles free of charge.

Or heads should roll in Thailand.

Protesters should of put sugar into the full tanks. Works wonders as it dissolves in the fuel.

I guess sugar in the fuel harms an engine is urban legend. What works well is moth balls. See:

Boss: "OK, so we bought these water cannon trucks for 25 million each.  Any problems you can forsee?"

A: "Who's gonna drive them?"

Boss: "Thai cops"

A: "OK.  Who's gonna maintain them?"

Boss: "Thais"

A: "Ah"
