The guy who followed a sexy taxi tout into a cab and woke up drugged with everything stolen. The gangs of kidnappers snatching luk krung children with the full co-operation of the local police, the poor sucker who's wife died and two days later her peasant family show up to kick him out of the house.....

We've all heard these stories many times, but is there anyone here who has ever actually had this happen to them? (Yes, I stole this idea from Bendix)

What other stories fall into this category? I'm sure there's lots of 'em....

Been drugged with Rohipnol & GBH at a bar in Suk 7 before. Luckily, thanx to a rather wayout period in my last life, I have a very high tolerance for those things & immediately recognised the signs of the drugs taking effect.

Managed to get myself out of the bar in one piece much to the amasement of the group of girls who had obviously administered it. I seem to recall that they followed me for a fair way before I sort of came to my senses. I reckon I must have walked all of 500m in probably about an hour. (no idea really). I sort of got most of memeory back by the time I had reached Suk 3.

One lucky escape, could have ended up losing body parts... We have all heard of the Urban Ledgends of guys waking up in a bathtub full of ice minus a kidney...

Went back to look for these girls about a month later, but I quickly realised I hardly remebered what they looked like.

Keep your eyes open boys & girls...

Cheers,

Soundman.

when i first came to thailand i was drugged and taken to an atm. when that was all dried up they took me to a gold shop and maxed out the credit card. in total i lost 100,000THB. i was pretty devastated and vowed never to come back to thailand. now it is my home and i've made it all back from the thai economy so you live and learn right.

i've had what i thought was another attempt but my first experience made me pretty wise as to what was happening.

A friend and I stayed at the same hotel. THey put our room next to each other. I usually frown on that.

I met my friend for breakfast one morning. My friend asked me, "Do you remember what happened last night?"

I weakly smiled and said "no, why?"

He gave me this incredulous look, shaked his head and said, "You don't remember anything???!!!"

I gave him a non concerned look back, "no..... we were out drinking...... You took off early with some girl and I continued to drink........ my head hurts a little bit ."

He " Boyo, Boyo, boyo.........."

To be continued??
