The Phan Thong Police were notified of the accident Sunday (October 24th) at 4:00 P.M. in front of a market on Phan Thong – Baan Gao Road. Emergency responders arrived at the scene to find a damaged motorbike on the road. The intoxicated driver, Mr. Pipoppat Chimboon, 39, had sustained head injuries. He was taken to a local hospital.
