English Woman Caught Up In Robbery As She Returned To Her Hotel.

Featured Replies

From the Pattaya City News

This case comes from Pattaya Police Station where an English Female Tourist made a complaint of an alleged robbery which took place in Soi 4 off the Tepprasit Road in Jomtien. The woman, who refused to give us her name, explained to Police that she resides in a hotel situated in the Na-Jomtien Area which is on the outskirts of Pattaya, near the entrance to Sattahip District. On Sunday Night she had ventured to South Pattaya but was unsure how to return to her Hotel. Looking confused and lost, she was allegedly approached by a motorbike taxi driver who offered to take her to her Hotel. Instead of taking her back to the Hotel, the driver stopped in Soi 4 which is a poorly lit Road off the main Tepprasit Road and proceeded to steal money from her totaling 15,000 Baht and 200 Pounds Sterling. For insurance purposes a report was made at Pattaya Police Station; however a full description of the perpetrator was not forthcoming because he was wearing a safety helmet. Police have informed the woman not to expect the money to be returned but they will do their best to investigate the case nonetheless.

This should get some replies....hehehe

Who says the police don’t have the victim’s name? It’s to the newspaper that she refused to give it to, according to the news report.

Uh huh. So what do "english" look like ?

I've met a few Imperialists over the years and lo and behold, they don't all look like Mr Bean ! :o

So I guess all English Tourists should look like.......what ?

I have deleted the posts speculating about the genetic origin of the robbery victim mentioned in the original post, because they are off topic.
