what are my chances of finding a garage/mechanic that can properly tune a car ( a 12 year old honda civic) on koh samui. can anyone suggest a place, or will i need to be driving to surat thani.

i first had the problem whilst in phuket 3 months back i took it to 3 different places, they all tried adjusting the carb and the air, but they all seemed to be tinkering more than tuning and it was a bit hit or miss. i just need it tuned right.

also if i go to a garage needing an engine tune what would i ask for in thai,
