Yeah totally ready, if they had the money. Ridiculous statement. No way that 70% of Thais have the money to travel abroad. Maybe this more like, 70% of Thais would like to travel abroad..."

They already do face hurdles to get visas to enter other countries, e.g. USA and Australia, difficult/very difficult to pass the requirements, quite time consuming and expensive whether covid or otherwise.
