Indeed, nothing is for sure--even 800,000 in an ordinary savings account--nor have I claimed any guarantees. What I have given is my experience this account works at Jomtien immigration. Actual experiences are more valuable to me than speculation.

      I have given up  chasing pennies..... just leave the money on FD now, all 800k. If they want to see the whole year of transactions, it is there on a single page in 2 or 3 lines.
