Interesting pro-immune responses from Keto and Vegan diets
The thing about peer reviews is who's doing the reviewing. Bit like fact checking. Very easy for bias to be shown. Sadly over the last few years science and medicine has been corrupted. -

Increase in food poisoning in 2023 to 2024 - supporting statistics?
Seems to be the first comment based on any analytical reasoning. Taking this a bit further - I suspect if there is an increase in may be that the extra tourists are being catered for by cutting corners too and businesses which are cash strapped are doing whatever they can to maximise returns. Retire Malaya VS Thailand: Advantages? Disadvantages? Your Experiences?
Malaya is boring. I managed 2 nights in Penang before giving up and going back to Thailand. It's more expensive and has no night life except eating out. Food is a rip off, and even satay is overpriced. Also, McDs charge more to eat in their shop than takeaway, something I found out the hard way ( I paid for a takeaway and ate it outside the door ). Penang was no longer the blissful tropical island I remembered from the 70s. All the beaches were destroyed by revolting high rise hotels and jet skiis, and the dual pricing on the cable car left me gasping in disbelief at the rip off. You'd have to pay me to live in Malaya.
