Sydebolle
Flying this sector regularly; you need a vaccination certificate. On coming down the escalator you'll see the baggage belts to the left and to your right - prior to leaving the arrival hall - a few counters with the usual battalion of "health" staff walking around in transparent garbage bags. See Counter 1 straight away with your certificate and, if you speak Thai, STAY with English as the latter is hardly spoken. They look at the paper and then you're handed a tiny little piece of paper with a red stamp on it which you hand over to the staff upon leaving the arrival hall. In the other direction (Udon-Bangkok) nobody gives a rat's a*%e ........

Soondae
Thanks for the info, making the trip from DM on Nok Air next week. I was surprised that Nok Air had no info while booking.

I was surprised that Nok Air had no info while booking. I noticed this too with Bangkok Airways. They refer to a very complex provincial map, all in thai. https://www.moicovid.com/ข้อมูลสำคัญ-จังหวัด/ My guess is that they don't want to scare people from making bookings with pesky rules, which could change at any moment. Soondae
Arrived last night at Udon Thani, no one asked for anything at DMK and didn’t say anything about what to expect on arrival. Was directed to the counter on the right after arrival and instead of digging out my printed vaccination certificates I provided the digital wallet certificate I downloaded from California. The guy looked at it and was confused, called his colleague over and I explained that it is from America / California and then they were happy. Gave me my little paper with the stamp and was allowed to exit.
RubbaJohnny
Thanks to all the website is down for all https://www.moicovid.com/ Is the digital"Q" code on Mor Prom and 2 x Pfizer vaccination certificates sufficient to prove 2 vax ore than 14 days ago? Or is it necessary to show paper docs and are the retained in which case I'll make multiple copies for journey to and from Bangkok. My wife has Mor Prom app with record of her double vax will this be sufficient to enter airport to meet me at baggage exit ? Or do I need to drive to print hers too. manylizards
There is a helpful thread here https://aseannow.com/topic/1241434-information-about-domestic-travel-restrictions-based-on-vaccination-and-or-testing/ According to the display at DMK on 8th December 20201, Udon Thani requires EITHER vaccince details OR an RT-PCR test within 72 hours. RubbaJohnny
Update After many delays , corrections of telephone and address finally got digital code I hope proof I am now THA , means now more visas? 555 somehow doubt it , so one more trip. Odd that having uploaded and included a falang passport I have become Thai, if only it were that simple. To be fair to our hosts free vax , free certs, so a donation to Red Cross to make merit and thank the Thai medical service and village workers who have done extremely well compared to European and richer places. I invite you all to donate rather, then plastic tree decorations etc a few baht can help save lives, For those with more cash than time. https://english.redcross.or.th/donate/ If more time than cash equally volunteer https://english.redcross.or.th/volunteer/
