Netizens call for army to end ROTC field exercise citing pandemic and safety

On Monday morning, Thai netizens voiced their concerns over the health of volunteer reserve officer trainees and called for the cancellation of the army's annual training camp.

 

The Twitter hashtag #Cancel Khao Chon Kai is being used to urge the army to put a permanent end to the multi-day training program at the Khao Chon Kai Training Camp.

 

The exercise happens yearly between January and March and sees field training for high school students enrolled in the Reserve Officers Training Corps.

I really wish they'd stop calling them Netizens .....   it sounds so stupid,

whats wrong with saying ' the general public '   or the thai people.
