I'm created this post for my uncle who married to my Aunty for over 20 years now he's in need of advice or any other suggestion that could help my Aunty improve her condition below is his messages seek for help.

Dear Specialists- Urgent help!!!!

My dear wife is in Bangkok hospital in an ICU receiving seizure drug treatment plus Valium. To stabilize a seizure that left her unconscious around 40 hours ago.

All the tests made so far show that she has not had a stroke and is not suffering from Covid or a bacterial infection. The prognosis is that she has had an epilectic seizure although she has no history of this-she is 62 years of age and does not suffer from any other medical condition and does not take medication for any other condition. Her blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen reading were within the normal range, but she has been put on a respirator because the large doses of anti-seizure drugs and vallium may impede her ability to breath. She is also being given the maximum dose of the anti-seizure and valium drugs. While this temporarily minimised the seizures, they have reoccurred some 6 hours ago quite strongly. The hospital is still waiting for the viral test results, but are giving her anti- viral treatment for what they believe may be the most dangerous viruses-herpes in particular- and some steroids for a small antibody reading they discovered in her thyroid (15 against a norm of 5 and against some readings of 100+ they have experienced)

The next course of treatment is a plasma transfusion that will take place in the next 1-2 hours to try to reduce the virus they assume is in her blood while they continue to try to find the cause.

However, they are also saying that in all their experience they have never found a case so difficult to treat with antiseizure drugs-despite my wife being free of any underlining causes or previous problems and that the situation is critical.

Although the Bangkok Hospital and its specialists have a lot of experience, they admit that this case is very unusual. If you have any experience that could assist to save my precious wife please could you contact me by e-mail or by my Thai mobile directly or through Whats Ap. -  +66818069417.

Yours gratefully
