The 12 story, 70 room, three star Pegasus Hotel in Nai Muang sub-district is up for sale. Asking price: 186,296,000 baht. The area has been fenced off. It opened in 1995 and featured a massage parlor on the top floor. The media reported that it was just the latest hotel in the city to close its doors because of a lack of custom through "five waves" of the Covid-19 pandemic.
