Popular Post snoop1130
If you think enjoying Pad Kaprao (basil stir-fried meat) in restaurants or on the streets may be a bit ordinary, how about sending it off into space, or almost? The Geo-Informatics and Space Technology Development Agency (GISTDA) and related authorities have launched an experiment in Nakhon Sawan province in which they sent Pad Kaprao to the atmosphere, using high-altitude balloons, to find out whether the altitude had any effect on the ingredients. The experiment will be used as a model for future scientific research, particularly into space. It can also be used as a model for other experiments at altitudes of 30-100km above the earth’s surface. Puccini
Presumably, with "Pad Krapao" the news article linked to in the OP means Phat kaphrao (Thai: ผัดกะเพรา) https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phat_kaphrao 1
