Hi

I want to extend my 90 day non o visa for a further 60 days at Chiang Mai immigration.

I'm not married but I have a child with Thai.

I've extended before but I don't remember having to have the mother and the child present at immigration along with all the usual documents, when I last got the extension pre covid.

It's mentioned as a requirement in one of the more popular Thai visa advice blog websites.

Due to the distance we would have to travel, and that my daughter  might have to take a day from school, I just wondered if anyone knows this is really a requirement?

Grateful for any advice.

Thanks

Most offices will want your child to be with you when you apply for a 60 day extension to visit them.

Thank you.

Do you know if mother should come as well, or good just to take my daughter?

Thanks again.

At most offices only your daughter will need be there since you are not married to her mother.
