All out of a tin or a packet or a bottle? Try eating real food - lots of veggies (kale, broccoli, carrots, garlic, ginger, pumpkin, tomatoes ... ) and fish (salmon) and fruit (apples, oranges, blueberries, strawberries ... ) and limited red meat ...
