I'm applying to the Tourist Visa via the website https://www.thaievisa.go.th/. I'm being asked for:

You can upload only the first AQ or SHAplus+ hotel. I am sure that site is a little out of date when it comes to entries to the country.

For the Thailand Pass site you will need both hotels and test reservations to apply.
