Is UV Ozone water from the store safe to use in your sinuses?

You should not use water for this, period.

 

Sterile normal saline. Easily bought at any pharmacy and even at many 7-11s. Yiou can also get it online from Lazada r Shopee

I use boiled water from the 20ltr containers for this purpose. I've been doing so for years. But you say that you cannot easily boil water (strange) so maybe it's best you follow Sheryl's above.

Normal Saline (NS) is always preferrable to water as it is isotonic. Using water may tend to swell the mucuous membranes a bit.

 

NS is cheap and easily found.

Normal Saline is water.  Actually i use water with Zilitol which works better than saline.  Buying these saline water bottles all the time is not very convenient.

Normal saline is not plain water. It is water  with 0.09 grams of NaCl per 100 ml. Which makes is isotonic, which is why it is the prefrred solution for irrigated wounds, sinuses etc.

 

How much are you using that it is difficult to buy this? You can have a case delivered easily via Shoppee or Lazada.
