I have just received this messagesupposedly from the 'The Thailand Embassy' regarding my TP

 

  • Th system noticed some problems in the documents you submitted to the embassy
  • ระบบ Th สังเกตเห็นปัญหาบางอย่างในเอกสารที่คุณส่งไปยังสถานทูต
  • You should correct some information so that you are not held responsible by the government
  • คุณควรแก้ไขข้อมูลบางอย่างเพื่อที่คุณจะได้ไม่ต้องรับผิดชอบต่อรัฐบาล

A Thai embassy has nothing to do with your application for a Thailand Pass.

It is certainly a scam email.

A IT pro recommended to me never click , reply or open any unknown sites.

 

They may install junk, bitcoin miners or other malware onto your devices.

 

Good housekeeping tips here from Singapore government which if afraid of my or ThaiVisa linky ! type their address into control bar or go to their home page.

If I opened the mail do I have a possible problem?  I did not reply.

No problem to open the email.

But to help others report it as spam.

Agreed, however as you can see, that is not the message I received

It is exactly the same email, my screenshot just cut off the rest of it (and Thai Pass separated the Thai and English versions)

Interesting,   So MFA system is not secure.

With modern browsers, just opening the mail should not be a problem (though there has been malware in the past that can achieve system compromise with outdated browsers).
