MANILA, Philippines — The Philippines will be pledging another $100,000 to the Yemen Humanitarian Fund, the country’s top diplomat said in a Twitter post on Wednesday.

“The human situation of the proxy war in Yemen long ago reached unspeakable depths. Money cannot be better spent than to this cause,” Locsin said.
