Is anyone here using spiolto respimat Puffers for COPD if so where do you get them and cost please.

I’ve never heard of that one, is it any good?

 

I take Anoro, one puff a day and Berodual as and when I feel I need it but I feel that neither are fully effective for me with some days I might as well not have taken anything. Ventolin I find has no effect on me at all when breathing becomes heavy and dare I bring up the subject of face masks which are very detrimental for me and make my breathing generally worse.

Spiolto Respimat  inhalers are available here but may need a large pharmacy to source it.

 

I don't know the cost but as it is imported, it will be  expensive

Yes Spiolto Respimat  inhalers work well for me , l have increased my walking from a couple hundred metres to 2 km . They do help but l get good days and bad days. l checked around and there are a few chemists in Bangkok that sell them for 2100 Baht. Hope that helps. <deleted> of a disease.
