I come with wife and 2 kids in july and august.

I would like to rent an appartement (in residence) for 1 or 2 month.

I am asking then your knowledge :)

I would like, if possible :

 

- for 2 adults 2 children 3-6 years

- max 5-7min scooter ride to chaweng beach (anywhere on that beach)

- clean and correctly maintened building

- a swiming pool

 

Budget is 20k-30k per month if possible (I use to rent similar things for 20k long term but some building seems now old and badly maintened, maybe due to the 2 year stop of Covid?)

The best place to look is in Facebook marketplace. Also various local Samui Facebook groups. You will find an endless list of properties for rent there.
