How much for a bicycle service?

Any ideas how much the going rate would be for a strip, clean, grease, reassemble of both wheels and centre crank on my road bike.

Buy a can of CRC or anti rust spray and empty in on all the bike parts and it will be like new...

The centre hub got drowned in some recent floods, since then it has started to squeak on right hand-side pedal down-stroke.

Maybe water ingressed into the bearings, they my need a strip and re-grease rather than oiling?
