Smithson
The phone I bought yesterday isn't working properly, it won't read the SIM. I was clearly told if there was a problem within 7 days it would be replaced without problem. Now I'm told I have to go to Future Rangsit and jump through various hoops. I've already done a lot of calls and running round. The phone was 18k. I paid by credit card. What are my chances of doing a chargeback?

Keep all the packaging. 13 hours ago, Smithson said: The phone I bought yesterday isn't working properly I'd have another set of eyes look at this issue. Probably user error. The phone boots? 13 hours ago, Smithson said: Now I'm told I have to go to Future Rangsit and jump through various hoops. I've already done a lot of calls and running round. Again, this is normal and specified in the terms and conditions. Are you able to go to Future Rangsit? 13 hours ago, Smithson said: I paid by credit card. What are my chances of doing a chargeback? Without any detail, I'd say "No". But review the T's & C's of your card, and contact them.
