Khon Kaen - Report By Postoffice-Mail

My friend is trying to make his report via postoffice-reporting. When he asked them if he could do that. 

A young lady told him that they didn´t accept that..... Is this just <deleted> or anybody know if they refuse to

accept that kind of reporting????

You mean reporting by mail? 

Not all offices accept 90 reports via mail.

I'm surprised KK would not accept reports via mail..

Someone that deals with that office will post correct information

Yes I mean reporting by mail, sorry about that...

Yes it is surpricing really, taking into consideration the distancies some guys have to go just to go to that office...

Has he tried to do it online. The news system works good. He will have to register to use the new site.

The new online is a vast improvement on previous online system..
