Hi

Any TV member with first hand experience filing a TM30 at Changwattana when staying with a Thai friend?

Which copies of documents are required (theirs) and mine?

Appreciate your time and help.

I have a copy of the TM30 file (pdf) from UbonJoe

Usually a signed copy of the Tabien baan, if applicable. If staying in a condo or other rental, I have no idea.

I got a copy from the house book of my landlady & Thai ID both signed & the TM30 itself.

In my case the Thai misus would be no help, as her house book is Bangkok, but we rented in Chiang Rai.

BTW, I usually go by myself. They have not much interested in conservation with me. That's a whole other story if a Thai female is involved. ????
