God forbid we arm ourselves with the facts first. . I was in one of the new shops today selling flowers in BKK near Seacon Square mall. High quality and good selection. Shop was crowded and super busy. High strain legit reminding me of California quality. It's really nice to see that this is really happening. Gonna check out that new dispensary in Silom this week.

The brick where I am works out at 20bht/gm which gives me 4-5 cones, and 1 cone cruises me nicely for 3-4 hrs. I don't want 20-30% thc that turns me into a zombie, I still want to function

I don't think it matters what the definitions are any more.

This thing has grown legs, people are doing whatever they want with Hemp/Cannabis/Marijuana, with little fear of repercussion.

Shops and established businesses are now openly selling high strength cannabis and Joe Public is openly buying.

The point that is completely wrong is that the 0.2% limit applies to plants in any way. 
 

The 0.2% THC limit is only for 'extracts' made from the plant.. Not the plant itself.
