Hi does anyone know where I can get a colonoscopy in Bangkok, the private hospitals are quoting me 35,000 baht, 

Before moving from phuket i unused to get a colonoscopy at the government hospital in phuket 6000 baht.

I have seen promotional price at Thonburi 2 hospital for 14k, but not including dr consultation, preparation and some small print conditions. 

the common price is 15-20k, from I read on the other threads.

Do go to the nearest large governmental hospital. Possibly one associated with medical university, for better english communication

 

In Bangkok the best option price wise is Chulabhorn hospital. It is a government hospital so there may be a wait list. Otherwise it is fine if you are having it done as a routine screening. Cost will be around 10k. Maybe less if no polyps found.

It may also be necessary to go in person to make the booking.

 

If you are having this done because of a specific problem or had prior colonoscopies with abnormal findings then it would be best to have a good colorectal specialist perform it in which case I recommend Prof. Chucheep at Bangkok Christian Hospital where it will cost about 22k if no polyps found.

15-20k is old price. It has been more like 25-35 at private hospitals in Bangkok for several years now.

I asked them for a package price bangkok pattaya hospital they sent me a email with the price it was 19k but with about 1k or 1.500 extra for doctor bill so total 21k.

Check if that includes the anesthetic or not. Some hospitals float prices that do not and are thus deceptive.

Yes it includes Anesthetic and covid test I will be booking an appointment very soon.
