They adapted the song from the 1981 version 'Pass the Kouchie' by The Mighty Diamonds.

Kouchie in Jamaican slang for cannabis and as it was seen as promoting the local 'Kouchie culture', the song was banned in Jamaica.

Probably why Musical Youth changed the word to Dutchie.
