Communication in English with Thai gf
In the previous relationship, I was just so sick of her English after a while. Every time she said something, I got so pissed off. Another language we both spoke was German: me to a very decent level but not quite like English, her fluently. But I didn't like communicating in German so much. I feel the same thing is happening here. Every time I hear her speak, I get so frustrated already, before she's even completed the sentence. I think it's not a personal thing, as I have the same when I have to speak with random people who have broken English. A few years ago, I also had a Filipina girlfriend who was (of course) fluent in English, and also good with words, and we did not have this same issue. There were plenty of other issues though, which I luckily don't have with my current gf 😄 -

That's how this whole nominee scheme is suppose to play out... Thais look the other way while holding out their hands to collect illegal money from the foreigner, and when the foreign dies, leaves or is otherwise no longer welcome, the Thais take everything back, and the cycle states again. don't believe for a minute Thais want illegal nominees to stop operating, and never think that a working class poor Thai will ever benefit from there schemes (ie. this housemaid). Trump Plans new Tariffs on Canada, Mexico, and China
Then why are they talking about retaliatory measures? What happens to American gas prices when Trump has a 25% tariff on the oil imported from Canada? What happens to sales of American cars when Canada puts a 25% tariff on them? Wishful thinking on your part, or an overdose of Trump Kool-Aid. -

Citibank ATMs in Bangkok?
I'm not sure why he was inquiring about the Citibank ATMs, but I suspect it was to avoid the 220B fee since his card was a US-based Citibank debit card.
