Where will all the money come from?

Recommended Posts

Us "Westerners" will have a heavy burden to carry. (because nobody else will).

We will have to pay for:
- Now, with rising interest rates, we will have to "save" a good number of 3 rd world countries.
- We will have to pay for expensive wheat, so half of Africa dosn't starve.
- We will have to take over the "heating-bill" for 20% of low income Europeans, come winter.
- We will have to rebuild our armies.
- We will have to rebuild the Ukraine.
- We will have to pay for implementing "green energy" (the big one).
- Demografics will bankrupt our social-security-systems. (need outside funding).

The list is by far not complete. I wonder, where all this money will come from, in a world that is already overburdened with dept, like never before.

Once all those financial liabilities are added up and conveyed to the ignorant public, I wonder how the credit/stock markets will react. And the taxpayers.

Everything that is above an annual income of 20k. But only if Boris Johnson is coronated as queen. The rest of the world has no idea.

You will if you have USD / EUR / GBP etc savings. Or how do you think, sending $ billions to "help" the most corrupt european country during the financial crisis is the normal thing to do and it won't affect almost anyone?

and crypto....the illusion based on a belief and not a commodity

the are two parts of "crypto": the technology, which is the future of money/currency vessels, and the mining/speculation/hedge fund/ponzi schemes.

I think we will see relatively soon the birth of crypto currency working similarly to shares in a fund composed of a mix of real estate and commodity baskets.

Yep, y'all starting to run out of 'other people's money'.   Socialism just doesn't work.

The few can't carry the load forever, as y'all going to have to start chipping in a lot more.  As the bottom rung on the ladder, takes a lot more.

You're screwed

I heard this in 1910, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60. 70's. 80. 90's, 00's, 10's...

it's usually the old guys who are nearing the end; they want the world to near its end as well.

you could spend your entire life giving reasons why every country will fail.....and not one reason how one country will thrive.

yes, you are right...............this time....   same same not same not same.........DOOMED!!!

2024 will never be seen by Earth!!!   The guy that created the smartphone didn't think like this....only the falang

That might concern people who live in the west.

But it doesn't concern westers who live outside the west like farangs in Thailand.

So should we care? Personally I don't.

Exchange rates, expect some volatility.

When I look at Gen X I don't think I want to be around when they grow up and run the world. Maybe they learn something in between from the older generations but I wouldn't bet on that.

Your pearls are principally calcium carbonate, produced by dumb oysters.
