Far reaching and sensible in so many ways. The Thais and Anutin in particular are to be commended. There are already plenty of laws in place to protect the vulnerable. I hope the House committee that will report regulatory issues does not.meddle too much. Tax on producers is fine, they can afford it and still lower the price considerably for consumers. Many people will come to Thailand because of this decision. And best of all, it annoys the hell out of boozers, many of whom represent a clear and present danger to those of us who like peace....man. I'm not doubting your expertise, but I have never concerned myself as to % of THC and have managed fine for the last 40 odd years. Checking of THC % to all intents and purposes is not an option for anybody, bit like checking the % alcohol in ones beer. Even if it was possible I don't think you would become very popular.
