Naew Na followed up on the annoyance caused by young people revving motorbikes in the scenic area of Chong Khao Khat in Mukdahan, north eastern Thailand as ASEAN NOW reported earlier.

Pol Col Jaturong Klinsrisuk, the Nong Sung chief of police, said that five bikes were seized, 22 young men and women were spoken to along with 8 parents.

They were given training rather than arrested.

However, there were charges laid for bikes being illegally adapted and for not having licence plates.

There is not a kid under 18 where I live that seems to have an exhaust pipe fitted to their motorbike.........or if there is one it is designed to amplify.

This demonstrates how the Thai police are so much better than their western counterparts in so many ways. Entitled  bullies in France, the USA and other places are too heavy  handed.
