After being a dedicated PATPONG believer I decided to admit that NANA still holds the same place in my heart as it always did.  Where else can you go to MacDonald's and get an all you can screw meal deal

NAN plaza lived up to what everyone hear has been saying.  It is livleyol and busy.

 

After eating at Hooters the GF and I moved to BIGBOB's and got front row seatrs for the entrance to the plaza.

 

It was hilarious to watch all the handsum sexy older farang with the big guts walking out with their grand daughters lol

 

What surprised me was that there seemed to be Thai men young and old walking out with gf or am I wrong.

 

explained to gf that any man with 3000 baht in his pocket is .handsum sexy good man.

Also watching the pole dancers and everything it was definitely an experience.

GF wants to go into one or the clubs inside.

Yes I found a girl that likes to kiss and be a bad Thai girl.

As for Nana, I have lost count. It is so much better in so many ways... in my opinion anyway.

Watching the circus from the entrance is funny, but I have been the circus more times than I know. It's also difficult to sit and watch from the outside bars when their beer prices are no longer cheaper than inside.

NP replaced PP about 30 years ago certainly 25. Hooters is dreadful and it was  sad to see the Golden Bar replaced by the American plastic chain serving the gullible and the timid with over priced plastic  food served  by girls wearing  granny support  hose.

What is hilarious is when a guy writes he goes to NANA but then he actually sits at the entrance and watches other guys walking by with NANA girls.

Maybe someone should explain it to you: The idea is to go there without female company and to look at the dancers and play with them and maybe take them out. 

And it doesn't matter how you look like or how old you are because if you screw them you look at the girl and not yourself.

After Covid I didn't visit Hooters in Soi 4. But before Covid they had probably the best lineup of the whole street. Definitely more top girls in there than in any of the gogo bars.

As far as I know in Hooters it's not usual that the customer takes the girls out. But looking at some of them: wow!

I've only been there once about twelve years ago, when I was getting docs together for marriage to a Thai. I stayed at the Nana hotel just across the road so I popped across for a few bevvies. Compared to Pattaya, it was like a vicar's tea party and the beer prices were crazy. The girls were also reluctant to speak with you until you bought them a drink first. I declined. There were also several coppers outside collaring people for dropping cigarette butts. 

After reading a novel shortly before which revolved around Nana Plaza, I must admit I was disappointed. If you want that sort of scene, Pattaya is the place, or was anyway a few years back.

The fun atmosphere on Patpong was killed by the introduction of the night market. IMO Nana Plaza has been the go to place ever since. Good to hear the action is picking up there.
