No illegal foreign workers found in entertainment venues, said Phuket official

Phuket – Phuket officials said no illegal foreign workers were found in entertainment venues after an inspection following complaints.

 

The Phuket Employment Office Chief Mr. Pichit Singthongkam told the Phuket Express, “We inspected eight entertainment venues in Phuket Town area over the weekend after the complaints.

 

We have not found any illegal workers.”

The Phuket Express notes that officials did not inspect Patong, which is where many of the complaints stemmed from.

A continguent of similar "semi blind" dumb<deleted>ers inspected "Walking Street" in Pattaya and found no sex workers.
