I'm not a Trump supporter.  I don't like him.
But this move is the move of a tin-pot, banana-republic.  The justice department has been weaponize against certain classes of Americans.  I don't believe this will get better.   And it bodes not well.

"I'm not a Trump supporter.  I don't like him. But......."

And that is where I zoned out.....:coffee1:

And you know for a fact the status of each document?  And whether or not Trump had a right to possess any or all of those docs?  I've been asked to provide corroboration to back up my claims.  So please do back up your claim of "definitive proof of a felony."

He didn’t give ‘definitive proof of a felony’.

He made a logical argument of what would constitute ‘difinitive proof of a felony’.

Unfortunately we have definitive proof that logical argument he made is beyond the grasp of some.

The MSM sure can sound convincing.  Especially if you're prone to believe everything they write is gospel.  Not all of us suck it up without questioning and willingly ignore so many unaddressed missing pieces.

No thanks.  I'll wait for the real story.  Not the goal sought one-sided version.  Most on the left with extreme bias towards Trump have already made up their minds as to the "truth."

I'm sure this story will be revisited as more facts come out.

This is some serious cargo cult madness.

The cargo cult? A nice wiki dip. An island of primitive people had airplane jettison food etc. over it during WWII. Henceforth, for generations, they waited, and waited for more Spam to fall from the sky.

And so it for our Trump friends. He's down sending out his goofy word-is memo's to an ever shrinking base. They had their shot at civil war on Jan 6th and were just too fat and disorganized to do much more than drop a few deuces in the halls. He made liberals cry -for about a minute and a half- and then: he didn't.

The party's over. No more thrill of the Spam drop. And you never did q-u-i-t-e get to trigger a liberal.

Admit it: it was a madcap drama that played out only in your head -and perhaps here.

Just a few diehards waiting -and waiting-  left now; waiting faithfully for his impossible return.

It's a logical argument given a small set of facts.  But the set is incomplete.

Actually, you've mentioned this in several posts.

Yeah, but I wasn't suggesting those are the content of the documents , like, I wasn't clutching at those straws .

"Its information about Nuclear bombs that he's selling to Russia" : is a straw being clutched

Since you're on the left and I assume you don't touch base with those on the right then justifiably you would have no idea how this blunder by the DOJ and FBI has galvanised those on the right.  I've said it before; I think this is one of the best things that could have happened in a long time.  People are fired up like never before.  Keep waking up that sleeping giant, I say.

You made a claim in your post which I highlighted.  Explain this then:

I dont think they were much concerned about any process at that time especially knowing that the constitution allows the POTUS  broad powers when it comes to classifications!

"The minute the president speaks about it to someone, he has the ability to declassify anything at any time without any process."

https://www.politifact.com/factchecks/2017/may/16/james-risch/does-president-have-ability-declassify-anything-an/

Its been reported on”Just the News”, https://justthenews.com/politics-policy/all-things-trump/breaking-trump-describes-process-how-he-declassified-documents ,that The FPOTUS DECLASSIFIED everything under a standing order while he was POTUS!

The FPotus  defense is rooted in legal principles.

Quoting the former President, “Number one it was all declassified!

Two they didn’t  need to seize anything they could of had it anytime without playing politics. It was in secured storage with a additional lock put on as per their request”.

Trump

So the documents marked as classified including some as top secret that were in the warrant receipt were the ones the FBI planted?

Of did he declassify them when he was President and forgot to go through legal process of getting them officially stamped as such, both in the headers and footers?

Orange Man Bad bias.

-That they think that Orange Man Bad is such a withering comeback shows their paucity of wit, imagination, or even self-self dignity.

They ape the speech of disabled speech and then they pretend (means make up) that they are somehow quoting some liberal.

And then there's tragic fact that they don't even have a second joke.

They make their grimacing monkey-face and intone OMB.  And then they're outa gas. Even Suck It, Fill In The Blank didn't have legs.

OMB really does convey their fake and self-assigned faux victimization.

It's a whiff on their self-inflicted fantasy life. They are steely realists; and yet they are confounded by OMB nay sayers.

Everywhere.

The warrant which was used to collect the evidence, and then the receipt of what was taken, which was posted earlier on in the OP should give you all the info you seek.  You just want to argue for arguments sake, and continue to pout on an on about the corroboration to back up this claim.  The info has been posted and yet you still can not grasp the simple abject failure of yours.  The documents would not have been seized had he had the absolute right to have them in his possession. Time to place you in the ignore bin since you just will not agree to disagree and end your tirade.

There's more info.  It's coming out by the day.

From that article:

WASHINGTON — The Republican Party’s post-FBI-raid rally around former President Donald Trump could provide an inadvertent boost to another politician: President Joe Biden.

Trump's fundraising is real.  Joe Biden's "boost" isn't.

No mention of the Dem walkaways in the article.

Yeah, wake away, Patriot.

This aint gonna do nothing but buy your Fattie  another gold toilet and shift a midterm seat or two.

I put you in the entertaining category as the pub bore the other day who claimed to know for sure that "currencies were quickly shifting agains the dollar".

Your wholly imaginary finger on the pulse of the "Sleeping Giant" -I'm actually laughing at loud, in your internet-face, cries out for a barstool summit of you two genius's.

Why hasn't Trump already been arrested? If he had in his procession all the top secret papers with nuclear info and such why isn't he behind bars already? Surely the FBI and others have had enough time to take inventory of docs retrieved  from Trump's pad. We can't let such a criminal roam free who's a menace.

Well, that's an interesting point.

After the smoke clears, maybe someone at NARA or the transition office handling, managing the doc transfers, actually packing the boxes with docs, photos, etc may get a process charge out of this "trump has nuclear docs" debacle. Trump will win AGAIN, the left wing deep state has NOTHING, ie., J6, Raffensperger/Fulton Co. g-jury.

Big distraction to the real issue plaguing the country: the daily and EPIC failures of the Biden administration AND certainly due to the left's inherent and crippling, mind altering fear of all things MAGA and Trump, soon to be presidential candidate and indubitably the 47th POTUS.

I should mention that AG Garland will/should be impeached and that's a likely scenario after a GOP mid-term win.

Thanks for all the extraneous comments. You know someone is full of BS when they justify their comments by predicting the future.

Trump was issued two documents by the FBI.

A search warrant and an itemized receipt of things removed by the FBI.

He’s being awfully quiet about the itemized list.

He's already made a statement on Friday.

Trump himself said on his Truth Social platform Friday, "It was all declassified."

Again your grasping at straws and hoping one props you up.  You truly believe that many of those discussing the legality of the warrant and search are Biden supporters....let me say this slowwwlllyyyy for you.  The warrant was a legally served warrant and items being searched for and indicated in the warrant were indeed found in the former presidents residence.  ergo stop the misinformation campaign in regards to planting not planting the classified documents and that those who are not making the claim or those that are are Biden supporters......beggars belief how thick people can be.

Well, are you claiming that Trump started read all those documents out loud to some. For a guy who's notoriously averse to that activity, that's quite a claim.

As for that quote from justthenews.com.. That site is run and mostly written by John Solomon. He was let go from thehill.com because of his at best misleading and sleazy reporting. But what makes the case even worse is that it turns out that Trump has told the National Archives to grant Solomon special access to all of his declassified documents having to do with Russia. You'd think Solomon might make a note of that somewhere in the vicinity of his reporting. But you'd be wrong if you did.

In the grand scheme of classified document hierarchy, the stuff marked "TS/SCI" is actually a Wendy's Triple Burger with Cheese and Bacon served with Large Fries and a Jumbo Coke (to go).

The really sensitive stuff is so sensitive it's not listed. Because even knowledge of it could be dangerous if someone else has a couple of other pieces of the puzzle.
