Does your tenant inviting a friend to stay a few nights infringe the law ?
I don't follow your thread. How many times previously has "...immigration officer comes knocking at the door.... " By way of example... My partner has few rentals. One eg is a farang teacher. He has various family members on holiday stay with him. Same tenant recently had his gf staying there. She needed a TM30 regarding immigration so my partner did one. In the other example of friends visiting him as tourists and had no need to attend immigration to obtain example an extension, my partner (the owner) did nothing. If you are so concerned then do a TM30 for the tenants guest. -

What Movies or TV shows are you watching (2025)
Decided to watch the movie, "The Life of David Gale" the other night and was very pleased that I did as I couldn't remember if I had seen it before, so nothing lost there. What did strike me was the acting of Kevin Spacey, because it was excellent, and I know he has fallen from grace with the various "accusations" against him, but watching this movie showed me how much he has been missed. Having said that, I did think his role in "The Usual Suspects" was also excellent – – if you haven't seen "The Life of David Gale" then I can highly recommend it.- 1

SS via Manila - or?
I set up a myss account already when in USA ,but I never saw the point of it. There were serious security measures and the password system was very tedious. I no longer have that password I believe. How early should I begin? I want to draw about 11 mo's from now. I'd read maybe on big SS site four months. Maybe 6 here? What sort of docs will they want? Is it just as easy to deposit in USA as Thailand? Do you avoid the dread letter? I use a friend's house as a drop, but can't be forever. Part B I'm a dead ender here so no part B.. -

A cry for help, to the Universe, from Planet Earth.
there's no choice in the matter. we need to consume products to survive. unless animals who don't need clothing or all the things we need to survive. capitalist system as we know it might/should probably end as too many things which help the economy are bad for us. -

DHS Tries To Deport A US Born, American Citizen - Not Clickbait - Can't Make This Stuff Up!
Confirming their hatred is irrational. If he was so terrible they could use his actual bad deeds to attack him over. Sadly that is not possible, so they make stuff up or bang on about his skin color and hair. -

yes, AI could kill us all. and that would solve all problems instantly. no humans = no problems. but I suspect AI would like a good challenge, ie to figure out how to fix problems with the massive population. also, a highly intelligent evolved AI may not consider mass murder as "kosher". (no, I'm not jewish, but can't think of a better word).
