Daily News Thai Caption: Call for justice

A singer who was ambushed and beaten by a fellow employee at a Bang Bua Thong restaurant and whose friend was also assaulted has gone to the media for help in getting justice after the case went cold.

"A", 22, the singer said she was ambushed by a man called King who got his group to attack her.

She was covered in bruises after a club was used. The attack happened on July 18th and she needed two weeks off work.

In addition a friend named only as "B" was kicked in the crotch by a woman.

"A", fearing further attacks, filed a complaint with the Bang Bua Thong police but everything has gone quiet. She provided CCTV footage.

Daily News said that their sources suggested that the assault stemmed from disagreements among employees of the restaurant over stealing customers.

Police have already spoken to both sides in the dispute, reported the media.

The case went cold but the police have talked to both side already?  A cold case normally means they could not figure out who commited the crime.  I I guess in this case it means the police decided to do nothing.
