TMJ problem - no dentist seem to be able to help or even know- what MD to see in hospital ? ENT ? maxillofacial surgery ?

but that might help TMJ, but none threats it or ever heard of it, even with THAI speaking person and correct translation...

You might want to consult with my dentist Dr. Pokpong who's specialty is maxillo-facial issues and computerized face design. He also has a maxillo-facial surgeon on the staff I believe.
