Pin and Pan are loving every day - when they grow up conjoined twins want to be teachers

Daily News reported on two children called Pin and Pan - they are female conjoined twins also widely known as Siamese Twins.

 

The media reported they are leading a normal life in Nakhon Sawan, developing fine and are playful kids.

Their dream is to be teachers.

 

The children's real names are Jaroonphan Rumphoyen or Pin and Jaroonrot Rumphoyen or Pan. They are 13 years and 7 months.

 

They are able to walk, stand and ride a tricycle. 

 

Like most teenagers their age they love sweets and just can't stop eating. 

 

They rely on no one, they can look after themselves and have been doing so for years.

 

Their gran Noknoi said that the kids were taught to stand and walk at a Bangkok hospital which has made them much more independent.

 

They are able to make their meals, walk to get supplies and are a burden on no one.

 

They are in primary grade 5 at Wat Santitham School in Muang district and have good grades and get on well with friends.

 

There is plenty of help for them from several quarters.

 

They have just spent five days seeing doctors in Bangkok, a yearly exercise. 

 

Their gran said they had just busted their third tricycle - there are problems with the trikes taking their weight. But they were due to get a new one. 

 

They said briefly that they get on well with friends and want to be Thai language and science teachers. 

 

Both the twins are females born in January 2009. They have two heads, two torsos, four arms and two legs. They are joined from the hips down. 

 

Each twin can control one leg but when walking or cycling they have had to master cooperation to achieve motion.

 

They live in and are looked after by staff at a school in Muang district Nakhon Sawan.

How amazing of these two cute girls to try to lead anormal life, the resilience and fortitude to overcome such adversity and difficulties to say the least, many of us should perhaps could learn something from them...
