My brother in Canada needs hip resurfacing surgery. Unfortunately there is a 24 month waiting list to have it done. Has anyone had this done in Thailand?

If you google "Bangkok hip resurfacing site:aseannow.com" you will find many more threads usually titled hip replacement but often discussing resurfacing within it.
