Elsewhere, MacGregor has accused "rootless cosmopolitans" of being behind the decline of Russia and the current undermining of the USA. Rootless cosmopolitans was a Russian phrase for Jewish intellectuals.

No, it's not unanimous. And no one can speak for the sentiments of each and every person in any particular country. It's enough to say that in these countries Russia has earned itself lots of disrespect and worse.
