Aeon bank Bangkok

Hi does anyone know an aeon bank in Bangkok where I can change traveler's cheques

I think they still do but mine are a few years old and I want to cash them in. 

I'm told they don't expire

American Express TCs dont expire, not sure about AEON

They are American express t/c I want to change them up at aeon bank because they charge much less than other banks
