AustinRacing Posted October 4, 2022 Share Posted October 4, 2022 Trying to convert my smart visa of 5 years to married visa before retiring at the end of the year. The immigration here says employment under BOI does not count towards the requirement for income and that we need to go for the 400k option. ubonjoe Posted October 4, 2022 Share Posted October 4, 2022 If you have proof of 40k baht or more of income proven by tax payments it should be accepted. You will need your work permit to prove your are working legally and possibley a copy of the company registration documents. It does matter if it is BOI company or not.
