I know that this subject has been chewed to bits 

I arrived in BKK July 15, 2022    went to CW and got a 30 day extension.  I then got a 90 day extension dated 9 Sept-Nov 30, 2022

I also got a Non -O Visa dated 9 Sept 2022- Nov 30,2023

The question is when do I start counting 90 days.  I will be leaving the country on Nov 29, 2022 until 14 Dec 2022

You do not need to make 90 day report.

Just exit 

Your first 90 day report is due 90 days from the day you applied for the one year extension of stay (it is not a visa). But since you will leaving the country you will not need to do one until 90 days from the day you enter the country.

Be sure you get a re-entry permit to keep your extension of stay valid when you enter the country after your trip,

90 day reporting starts again once you return to the country .........
