To be fair there are enough weather reports on TV and internet weather stations giving out information..

this storm was forecast well in advance and stated quite clearly it's path.

If people need to be told what to do when then it's a issue with them not the government.

The disaster in Thailand is inertia.

There is no vision or strategy as it's all about the here and now and how much can I rake in today,

as of course tomorrow never comes,

especially when the country is run by unintelligent army generals and their crony billionaire's.
