A history of drug abuse and yet he still became a member of the RTP. According to the forensic report he had no drugs in his system after he committed his heinous crime. It seems he was just a crazy.

 

No he wasn't crazy. My auntie is crazy (she still hangs washing outside when she knows its going to rain!)

Doesn't matter of it rains, the washing will get dry when the rain stops and there's no need to be concerned about the clothes getting wet
