This looks like the raw material for a news report, but not a news report in itself. And it's good to keep in mind than when the UAE along with the Saudis cut relations with Qatar they cited alleged hostile quotes from the leader of Qatar. As US intelligence later reported, the UAE had actually hacked into Qatari govt sites and posted these fake quotes in order to provide a pretext for breaking off relations and militarily attackiing Qatar.
