Sometimes when I post, nothing happens,until eventually it times out. Just now I am having problems with Farang food forum. It just will not post. If you can see this, then the internet forum is ok. I have tried the other one three times now, and nothing. Just " Waiting for Thai Visa" comes up, before it times out. Ideas anyone?

Ok I've sorted it. But just in case other people are experiencing the same thing.

When I hit post,it did as above, BUT, it posted normally. It just came up with' try again'

This could explain why there are a spate of double postings recently.

This has been mentioned in the computer forum. If you defragment your disk drives on occasion you know how long it takes. A clean up was started last night of the 1.6 million posts and that has resulted in the posting problems it seems. I will hit post and a few second later hit refresh on browser - if your post appears you can proceed to other items. We are cleaning up the double posts as we see them. Everything should run faster after it completes.

I see a thread in forum support with estimated time for completion about noon today.

Thanks for the info, Lopburi. I was thinking my new computer was crashing on me (but my work sites were OK) or that I was in the doghouse again. I notice the site is back up to speed today. Kind regards to the tekkies.
